We have been delighted to welcome our students back for the start of 2026, and it has been wonderful to see such a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for learning across the school.
From the very first day, students settled back into routines quickly and confidently, jumping straight into their learning with focus and curiosity. Classrooms have been full of energy as students embraced new topics, revisited familiar skills, and challenged themselves to do their best.
Throughout the week, it has been particularly encouraging to see students using their independent learning skills so effectively. Many have shown resilience, perseverance, and confidence as they tackled tasks, problem-solved, and took pride in their achievements.
Alongside this, students have demonstrated strong social skills as they reconnected with friends, welcomed others back, and worked collaboratively both in lessons and during social times. There has been a lovely sense of teamwork, kindness, and mutual support as students helped one another settle back into school life.
The calm, focused atmosphere across the school has made for a fantastic start to the year, and we are incredibly proud of how positively our students have approached their learning and relationships.
This first week has set a strong foundation for the year ahead, and we are excited to see how students continue to grow, develop, and achieve throughout 2026. 🌱
