📅 January Update 📅

We’re not people who sing and dance about how busy we are or list everything we do. It’s never really been our way. We prefer to keep our heads down, focus on the work in front of us, and let the impact speak for itself.

However, this week someone asked us a question that made us pause and reflect:

“How have you achieved so much in three years?”

The answer isn’t simple, and it certainly isn’t about shortcuts or luck.

Alongside our incredible team and the loved ones around us, who support us, work alongside us, and patiently put up with our constant drive, there is something else at the heart of it. We are not two people working a comfortable 9–5, Monday to Friday, behind a desk.

What you see here is Gorgi today, nine months pregnant, after working twelve-hour days all week and then putting in a relentless Saturday at the farm. All of this has been in preparation for our next big assessment, another important step in ensuring we continue to deliver the very best we can.

This is what commitment looks like for us. Not because we feel we have to, but because we genuinely believe in what we are building.

Every long day, early start, and tiring weekend comes back to one thing: our young people. We believe they deserve the very best opportunities, environments, and support we can offer. They deserve consistency, care, and people who are willing to go the extra mile when it really matters.

We are incredibly proud of our team, whose dedication and resilience match our own, and grateful beyond words to the families and loved ones who stand behind us and make this work possible. None of this happens in isolation.

We don’t do this for recognition or applause. We do it because we care deeply about the outcomes for the young people we support, and because we believe that when something truly matters, you give it everything you’ve got.

As we move further into January and the year ahead, we remain focused, motivated, and committed to continuing to grow, improve, and deliver the best possible offer for the young people who, to us, deserve the world.
